Chef Seref Aksahin

  Mr Aksahin has worked in chef roles since 2004 in different restaurants, hotels, casinos and an education centre. He is highly experienced and can prepare different cuisine styles, manage kitchen layouts to improve catering and service operations whilst managing health and hygiene. 

 

He can organise stock levels, maintain strict food hygiene controls and make sure that each diner has a memorable experience. Mr Aksahin has strong people skills and can develop meals based on venue and client preferences, dietary requirements and any known allergies. Food presentation is a key aspect of his catering skills for mass catering or one-off meals.
